It's the same neighbour that made that weird statement two weeks ago. He can pose a dangerous treat. I could sense within him enough rage, whatever issues are making his life harder I must prevent him from choosing us as the target he's looking for.

It seems he lives at the 13th floor. I'll need to find his name, where he works, etc.
